Hey everyone, what do you use to read your blogs? I use Bloglines, which is okay. It's set up in an easy way, and I downloaded a widget that tells me how many I have unread. BUT... 1. most photos don't appear, causing me to click on the blog's link to view them (which seems to defeat the purpose), 2. same with embedded videos, 3. sometimes longer posts are truncated (ditto). I tried out Google's, but wasn't super thrilled either. ditto Rojo. any others? I wonder which one Piers Fawkes uses.
Why did not you unsatisfied Bloglines, I think bloglines is far away best.

netvibes is incredible. it does everything. http://www.netvibes.com/
ReplyDeleteI actually prefer to go to blogs directly. Maybe it's the ritualized aspect of it. I also like the fact that I always get redirected to some other obscure site just by letting myself wander. yup.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Josh. Netvibes rocks. It's highly customizable. Pictures are embedded. Videos aren't, but I don't believe embedded video is possible in feeds yet so you won't find that in any reader.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Josh and Ollie. Netvibes allows you to view posts you're interested within their original blog. To me, it's the best of both worlds.
